In the text that follows:

• ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to Clarivate
• ‘Website’ refers to webpages hosted under click.endnote.com, kopernio.com and associated sub-domains;
• ‘EndNote Click’ refers to the browser plugins available from the Google Chrome Store, the Mozilla Add-on Store, the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store and direct from the Website.
• ‘User’ or ‘you’ refers to the user/viewer of the Website and/or EndNote Click. If you continue to browse/use the Website and/or the EndNote Click, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern the relationship between you and us in relation to the Website and EndNote Click. • We fully recognise and respects the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect the User and others to respect our rights. The User is responsible for ensuring that (i) their use any content or information linked to or downloaded by the EndNote Click does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and (ii) they have all necessary rights to use any content or information so linked to and accessed;
• if any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. This shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions;
• your use of the Website and/or EndNote Click and any dispute arising out of such use of the Website and/or EndNote Click is subject to the laws of England.
